LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Clark County becomes the latest jurisdiction in the Las Vegas Valley to crack down on deceptive signage or labels for so-called “counterfeit cannabis” or products that may evade inspections.
A proposed ordinance and Business Impact Statement could be introduced as early as this month, according to Clark County Commissioner Tick Segerblom, who explains the latest effort to tackle the problem.
