LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of killing a 12-year-old in a hit-and-run appeared in court Tuesday.
Oh’Ryan Brooks is facing charges for reckless driving causing bodily harm or death, DUI, and duty to stop at the scene.
According to Brook’s lawyers, the case will be sent over to the Clark County District Court. Brooks has decided to take the plea deal after his hearing in January was postponed. Martina Suarez, Cristofer’s mother, attended the hearing and expressed frustration over the delay…
