According to What Now Las Vegas, a city permit shows Southern Cravingz will operate out of a commissary at 2121 E Sahara Bldg G. The report names Celeste Younger as the owner and notes the truck is wrapped, and also says the outlet reached out to Younger but did not hear back before publication.
