LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The trial for the man accused of killing his girlfriend’s son and storing his body in a freezer will happen in more than a year, a judge said Tuesday.
During a hearing on Tuesday, Clark County District Court Judge Carli Kierny scheduled the trial for Brandon Toseland, 39, for May 2027. Police arrested Toseland in February 2022. He faces charges including first-degree murder and child abuse.
