LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man who grabbed another man’s gun and killed him with the weapon inside a Las Vegas business could spend 20 years or the rest of his life in prison, according to a plea agreement.
Kyle Capucci, 37, agreed to plead guilty Tuesday to a charge of murder with the use of a deadly weapon, documents said. Capucci shot and killed David Carmaco, 21, with Carmaco’s gun inside an AutoZone store on Charleston Boulevard near Maryland Parkway on May 23, 2025.
