LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) – A Mexican national with multiple prior felony convictions has been charged with illegally reentering the United States.
The DOJ says Elvin Francisco De La Rose-Alvarez has multiple drug related felony convictions and is now charged with one count of being a deported alien found living in the United States.
