Ferraro’s Ristorante to Host Easter Dinner Sunday, April 5

LAS VEGAS (March 2026) – Ferraro’s Ristorante invites guests to celebrate Easter with a special three-course, springtime dinner on Sunday, April 5. The menu incorporates classic Italian flavors and brightly flavored seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared by executive chef Mimmo Ferraro. The Easter menu is priced at $75 per person, with a children’s menu (ages 12 and under) available for $18 per person. Ferraro’s will serve Easter dinner from 4 to 10 p.m.

Choice of Antipasti

  • Burrata – Blueberry compote, pistachio, Prosciutto di Parma
  • Vitello Tonnato – Thinly sliced roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers, lemon
  • Bufala Caprese – Regina Bianca bufala mozzarella, seasonal tomatoes, croutons, micro basil, extra virgin olive oil, aged balsamic
  • Arancini Cacio e Pepe con Tartufi – Black pepper and pecorino fried rice balls, truffle cream, seasonal fresh black truffle
  • Crostini Primavera – Toasted bread, whipped ricotta, peas, asparagus, mint
  • Gamberi Marechiaro – Shrimp, lemon, butter, white wine, spinach, cherry tomatoes, basil

Choice of Secondi

  • Porchetta – Crispy pork belly, rapini, potato purée, rosemary reduction
  • Filetto d’Agnello – Herb-crusted lamb loin, lamb mint reduction, asparagus, potato purée
  • Risotto Asparagi con Capesante – Asparagus risotto, lemon zest, seared scallop
  • Filetto di Manzo – 8-oz. filet mignon, porcini mushroom sauce, spinach, potato purée
  • Branzino – Mediterranean seabass, zucchini, tarragon, white wine, sautéed spinach, roasted potatoes
  • Tagliatelle con Granchio e Pepe Nero – Homemade ribbon pasta, toasted black pepper, lemon zest, zucchini flower, pecorino, jumbo lump crab, toasted breadcrumbs

Choice of Dolce

  • Torta della Nonna – Custard-filled pie, pine nuts, lemon zest
  • Pistachio Passion – Layered pistachio mousse, cream cheese custard, walnut crust
  • Cannoli – Pastry shell with sweetened ricotta filling and cinnamon, dusted with pistachios
