Kyle Archer, owner and CEO of Elevated Huts, leads the charge for this expansion. His group operates 25 Cheba Hut locations nationwide, making it the brand’s largest franchise partner.[1] Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, Cheba Hut has built a strong presence in Las Vegas since entering the market.
Archer emphasized the strategic fit for the area. “The northwest side has been calling for years,” he stated. “Centennial Hills has its own rhythm – families, late-night crews, outdoor adventurers – and we designed this shop to match that energy. We’re not just opening another restaurant; we’re building a neighborhood hang.”[2]
