Judge rejects push to lower murder charge in Henderson road rage shooting

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A judge on Tuesday rejected a petition to alter a first-degree murder charge filed in the Henderson road rage shooting that killed an 11-year-old boy.

Tyler Johns, 23, is charged in Clark County District Court for the shooting death of Brandon Dominguez-Chavarria on the 215 Beltway last year.
