LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Las Vegas woman accused of collecting her deceased grandmother’s Social Security benefits for years made her initial appearance in court on Tuesday.
Narda Yvonne Locklear appeared before United States Magistrate Judge Daniel J. Albregts in connection with allegations that she fraudulently obtained more than $365,000 in payments from the Social Security Administration.
