LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — It’s a big day for Henderson as the brand-new Cadence Crossing Casino prepares to open its doors at noon.
This morning, Good Day Las Vegas’ JC Fernandez was given an exclusive first look inside, becoming the very first person to walk through the doors before the public arrives.

JC was joined by David Strow with Boyd Gaming, who took us on a guided tour of the property, which was designed with a modern, open feel, and the casino features more than 450 of the latest slot and video poker machines, including a Game of Thrones-themed slot machine.
Food is also a big part of the experience. The property is home to Tin Lizard Bar & Grill, a full-service restaurant offering elevated pub-style food, and Tacos El Gordo, which will be open 24 hours a day.
David shared with us that every employee from the former Jokers Wild property, located next door, has made the move to Cadence Crossing. That’s a 100% retention rate. In addition, even more team members have been hired to support what is expected to be an even busier property…
