A Las Vegas man is taking back his record for the most Michelin-starred restaurants visited in 24 hours.
Foodie Joshua Fyksen visited a total of 28 Michelin star restaurants in New York City between May 9 and 10 of of 2025, breaking the Guinness World Record for most Michelin-starred restaurants visited in 24 hours and overtaking the previous record of 25 set by Sujoy Kumar Mitra and Rajnish Kumar Tripathi in Hong Kong, China in 2024.
Fyksen previously broke the record in 2023 when he visited 22 Michelin star restaurants in New York City. After his record was broken, he couldn’t let that stand for too long, telling Guinness World Records he “tends to be a bit competitive,” and wanted the title back.
