Get excited! In-N-Out announces new locations: Find out if one’s opening near you

I’ve lived in Los Angeles for about a decade, but I’m originally from Canada. My husband and I spent years dating long-distance before getting married and settling here together. In those early days, one of our favorite rituals was heading straight to In-N-Out Burger after he picked me up from the airport, ordering burgers, fries, and shakes, and watching planes glide overhead as they landed at Los Angeles International Airport. Now, with two kids in tow, we still love taking them there, turning the same spot into a family tradition at one of the best plane-spotting locations in the country.

For decades, the beloved burger chain has inspired intense devotion and now, that cult following is getting rewarded. A fresh slate of locations is officially on the way, bringing Animal Style favorites to even more corners of the country. Here’s what we know so far.

New Locations Opening Soon

In-N-Out has confirmed several upcoming locations across the Western U.S. and into Tennessee. These are the newest sites currently in development:

  • 1050 N. Verrado Way
  • Las Vegas, NV
  • 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd #322
  • Madison, TN
  • 1900 Gallatin Pike North
  • St. George, UT
  • 4643 S. Pioneer Rd.
  • Vancouver, WA
  • 13511 SE 3rd Way

These locations reflect a mix of urban, suburban and travel-heavy destinations, aligning with the company’s typical site selection strategy.

Expansion into New Regions

One of the most notable additions is the Tennessee location in Madison, part of the greater Nashville area. This continues In-N-Out’s expansion into the Southeast, following the brand’s initial entry into the state.

The company has also indicated plans for additional restaurants and operational infrastructure in Tennessee, signaling a longer-term regional presence rather than a single-store opening.
