Jack Binion’s Steak in Las Vegas elevates its experience with a revamped menu

One of the Strip’s best steakhouses just gave you one more reason for a repeat visit. Jack Binion’s Steak recently revamped most of its menu, adding a wide array of new items that are sure to have fans making reservations as we speak.

One thing that hasn’t changed about this space (thankfully) is its vibe and decor. With its muted tones and well-appointed tables, not to mention its collection of vintage photographs from the early days of Vegas, it feels like a true old-school haunt. And the waitstaff is a hoot! Don’t be surprised to find yourself on first name terms with your server; everyone here is extremely personable and engaging. You really feel like a big deal here.

And what big deal wouldn’t want to start the night with a cocktail? Binion’s has a sensational signature collection, highlighted by The Boss’s Old Fashioned, a wonderful blend of Maker’s Mark, Angostura bitters, Regan’s orange bitters, a splash of club soda and an orange chip and Luxardo cherry garnish, all smoked in a case with cherry wood and brought to your table for a smoky reveal.

A few starters survived from the previous iteration, chief among them (again, thankfully!) the amazing ketchup spiced house potato chips with a Gouda fondue dip. But you’ll find new treats like potato skins, loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, sour cream, green onions and butter and served with Green Goddess dip, and light and flavorful fried zucchini sticks, served with a harissa aioli. If you can’t decide, get the Jack Binion’s Sampler, which contains all three for a terrific price. Other great apps include the crab cake and grilled applewood-smoked, triple-thick cut of bacon…
