LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — In a month when the price of everything seemed to be climbing, Las Vegas home prices fell slightly in March, according to a Tuesday report from Las Vegas Realtors (LVR).
The median price of a single-family home — $480,000 — dropped $5,000 (about 1%) compared to March 2025, and about $2,000 compared to February 2026.
Condominiums and townhomes, however, were more unpredictable in March. The media price — $295,000 — dropped nearly $11,500 (3.8%) from a year ago, but increased $10,000 from February. The median price is the one in the middle — half are higher, and half are lower…
