LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Court documents reveal new details in the moments before a 55-year-old man allegedly stole a car with a passenger sitting inside a car parked in a Walmart shopping center.
Harold Allen was arrested on Saturday, April 11, and will face open murder with a deadly weapon, grand larceny, and a kidnapping charge after stealing a running and parked car in the 4400 block of W. Charleston, between Decatur and Valley View boulevards.
