Nevada man sentenced to 13 years for selling pills that resulted in overdose death

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (KOLO) – A Nevada man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for selling counterfeit pills that resulted in an overdose death.

Izaiah Flood will serve five years of parole after being released.

The DOJ says that on Sept. 2, 2023, Flood and his co-defendant Davon Johnson sold pills that they said were ecstasy to a person on the Las Vegas Strip. The pills, in fact, contained fentanyl…
