LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Residents in parts of Mount Charleston may need to prepare for a potential overnight power outage this weekend as NV Energy warns of dangerous fire weather conditions.
The utility company issued a Public Safety Outage Management (PSOM) warning for Sunday, May 17, beginning around noon and potentially lasting through Monday morning at approximately 9 a.m.
The warning impacts customers in the Angel Peak and Kyle Canyon areas.
