A new ordinance banning outdoor pet sales is now in effect in Tucker.
City officials voted to bring Tucker’s code in line with state law, which makes pop-up pet sales illegal. The ordinance prohibits people from selling animals outside through unsanctioned setups, including in parking lots or at unorganized events.
