ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Neighbors in DeKalb County are calling on local officials to make a section of LaVista Road safer a week after a crash killed a Georgia Power contractor there.
Dylan Wayland, 19, was setting up flags along an S-curve on LaVista Road last Monday when he was hit by a van and killed, according to DeKalb County Police.
