MAYPORT, Fla. — Petty Officer 1st Class Lisa Gibbs, a native of Dacula, Georgia, is one of the sailors supporting Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Force (MPFR) missions at Tactical Operations Control Squadron (TOCRON-11).
Gibbs graduated from Dacula High School in 2002.
“Growing up in my hometown taught me the value of resourcefulness and looking out for the people around you,” Gibbs said. “When something broke down back home, you didn’t just throw it away or call for help; you rolled up your sleeves, figured out how it worked and fixed it yourself. I carried that hands-on, problem-solving mindset with me into the Navy. It’s what drives me today as a petty officer 1st class when I’m troubleshooting complex electronics under pressure.”…
