STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. – Community members are raising funds for employees after a fire broke out at a popular DeKalb County bakery and German restaurant. The fire started at Village Corner German Restaurant & Bakery on James B. Rivers Memorial Drive on Sunday, Feb. 4. According to DeKalb County Fire and Rescue, crews arrived to find a portion of the banquet hall storage area burning.
