LILBURN, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Over the last few weeks, residents say trash has been piling up around the dumpster at the Brentwood Downs apartment complex. Ebony Fitzpatrick just moved into the apartment complex last fall. As the garbage grows, she says the smell has become almost unbearable.
