UPDATE: Just before 7:30 a.m., a tow truck could be seen with one of the vehicles and it appeared the stoppage was now largely limited to the left HOV and shoulder lanes. (Previous update): As of 7:05 a.m., police have coned off two left lanes and traffic is moving through the right lanes. Delays still stretching back to Hwy. 316 and past Duluth Hwy. on I-85.
