Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) announced it will close the southbound collector/distributor (CD) lanes on I-85 between State Route (SR) 120 and Pleasant Hill Road to pave over existing lanes to resurface. This will take place on Friday evening, Sept. 27, 2024 through Monday morning, Sept. 30, 2024 beginning at 9:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., weather permitting. It will impact the southbound traffic on I-85 between State Route (SR) 120 and Pleasant Hill Road.
