Gwinnett County investigators are looking to find what exactly caused an afternoon apartment complex fire on Wednesday. Firefighters arrived after 3:45 p.m. to the call from The Elliot Apartments located at 4047 Northridge Way NW in Norcross. Upon arrival, first responders reported heavy fire blowing out the windows and attic of a three-story building.
