The IT services company for the North American Coca-Cola bottling system is relocating to the Old Fourth Ward.
Jamestown announced that CONA Services LLC has signed a lease for approximately 49,000 square feet of office space at Ponce City Market .
CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction, while CONA Services was represented by Savills .
CONA Services was founded in 2016. Formerly located in Midtown, the company will now occupy part of the sixth floor in the historic Old Fourth Ward building, joining other tenants at the property like Airbus, FanDuel and Capital One.
The space at Ponce City Market will initially house about 180 employees, with room for additional growth.
