A woman who was pregnant while on the run from police, accused of killing her 1-year-old son, returned to Georgia on Thursday.
Gloria Wright, 23, waived extradition after she was taken into custody Jan. 18 by U.S. Marshals task force in Rochester, New York, at the request of Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office. She faces charges of first-degree murder and first-degree cruelty to children in connection with the death of her child.
