ATLANTA — A Georgia homeowner is speaking out after surveillance footage captured someone trespassing onto her property and removing her Trinidadian and Puerto Rican flags.
It happened on Feb. 28 at a home in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward neighborhood.
The security footage shows a person wearing a green frayed jacket and a surgical mask walking past several cameras before approaching the homeowner’s driveway. As the person reaches the flags fluttering in the wind, they take them down and later throw them in an empty lot nearby…
