ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – An alleged fake landlord at the center of an Atlanta News First investigation has been arrested.
Michael James Bourff is charged with perjury, forgery and filing a false document. Bourff was initially arrested in another county for DUI charges but later transferred to Fulton County jail where he bonded out January 1, 2025.
