LPD Reports: Due to new immigration laws, ICE is notified of drivers picked up on traffic infractions

  • A Loganville man was picked up on a warrant after police responded to a report of a domestic dispute. Responding officers were told that the male subject allegedly had multiple guns in the home and was threatening suicide as well as to kill a child in the home. The subject exited the home and police were able to ascertain that the mother and child were at another location. He was subsequently arrested, booked and transported to the Walton County jail.
