ATLANTA — One of the largest free jazz festivals in the country, the Atlanta Jazz Festival is set to bring world-class music, culture, and community spirit back to Piedmont Park this Memorial Day weekend.
The 48th annual festival will take place from Saturday, May 24, through Monday, May 26, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. each day.
Who will be performing?
Adriane Jefferson, Executive Director of the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, emphasized the festival’s diverse range of performers.
“We have a fabulous lineup of musicians performing at the 48th Annual Atlanta Jazz Festival,” she said. “We’re presenting international, national, and local artists who will perform a wide variety of music from traditional, swing, big band, and contemporary jazz, so there’s something for every jazz lover.”…
