ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Gwinnett County health inspector uncovered critical health violations inside a Loganville restaurant this week.
WNB Factory on Five Forks Trickum Road failed with 62 points and a “U” for unsatisfactory. The report says employees did not wash their hands properly, coleslaw, tomatoes and lettuce were at unsafe temperatures and icicles that formed in the cooler were touching open packages of food.
“We threw everything away. We threw it away,” WNB Factory Manager Kawl Lian Uk said. “Yes, we fixed it already. We’ve thrown it away already.”…
