CONYERS, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Conyers man charged with murder and intentionally spreading his HIV virus is seeking to delay the start of his criminal trial.
On Wednesday, Dennis Scheib, Cleveland Broadie’s attorney, told Rockdale County Superior Court Judge Maureen Wood they are not ready for trial.
