ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Mark Ferrell, the ex-husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” cast member Kelli Ferrell, is accusing Rockdale County officials and Bravo TV of misconduct.
Ferrell accuses a federal judge and the Rockdale County clerk of court of unlawfully stripping Ferrell of his business and home in the divorce. He also says he was wrongfully incarcerated for a debt he had already paid in full.
Standing alongside his attorneys and father, Ferrell announced lawsuits for defamation, malicious prosecution, and civil rights violations on the steps of the Rockdale County Courthouse Tuesday…
