A Georgia man has been arrested after allegedly starting a house fire that killed his ex-girlfriend.
According to PEOPLE, Stephanie Wiley, 48, died after her Dekalb County apartment was set on fire in the early morning hours of Monday (September 1). Another person, identified as Wiley’s son, was also in the apartment at the time of the fire and survived after jumping out of the window.
