ATLANTA — DeKalb County Police Officer David Rose was honored for his heroic actions at a ceremony months after dashing to the CDC following reports of an active shooter, costing him his life.
Fallen Officer Rose’s wife and family attended the Crime is Toast breakfast, which is hosted by the Atlanta Police Foundation to recognize heroism, leadership, and community service across Atlanta’s public safety agencies.
