ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A Rockdale County sheriff’s deputy was hospitalized after their car was hit Tuesday, according to the sheriff’s office.
The sheriff’s office said a car ran a red light at the intersection of Sigman Road and Chambers Drive and hit the deputy’s patrol vehicle. The collision forced the deputy’s vehicle to flip onto its side.
