ATLANTA — Attorneys for the estate of Cornelius Taylor have filed a second civil lawsuit following his death.
Taylor was killed during a homeless encampment sweep last January as a construction vehicle was clearing a site near Ebenezer Baptist Church. A Fulton County medical examiner said Taylor died from “blunt force injuries of the abdomen and pelvis.”
