The Flowery Branch City Council was set to hold a first hearing Thursday, Feb. 5, on a rezoning request for a townhome development near the intersection of Hog Mountain Road and Spout Springs Road, but the developers withdrew the application.
The applicant, Highpoint Development, proposed to annex the property at 4651 Hog Mountain Road from unincorporated Hall County into the Flowery Branch City Limits.
