The Stone Mountain Municipal Court, located at 875 Main St. is offering a Traffic Amnesty Program from March 2 to March 31 to help individuals resolve outstanding traffic and code enforcements citations and restore their driving records.
The program is available to individuals with unpaid traffic and code citations issued within the city of Stone Mountain.
According to city officials, this program is designed to allow participants to address unresolved citations in a single visit while waiving failure-to-appear fees that may have accrued. Most eligible traffic violations may be resolved without appearing before a judge. However, certain violations—such as no proof of insurance or suspended vehicle registration—will require a court appearance.
