The Sons of the American Revolution recently honored Athens-Clarke police officers for their response to a fatal vehicle crash on the Athens Perimeter that claimed the lives of a young Athens couple and a Lawrenceville woman.
The award was presented by the Athens chapter of the SAR at the annual George Washington Birthday Celebration.
