MACON, Ga. (WGXA) — A major meth supplier who is linked to a Mexican cartel has been sentenced to prison in Macon.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Georgia, Noe Canela of Lilburn was second-in-command for the cartel pipeline and has distributed at least 47 kilos of meth and 6,000 grams of heroin in an illegal drug pipeline across the state.
