Gwinnett House Delegation holding town hall for residents

Gwinnett County residents will get a chance to ask their representatives in the Georgia General Assembly about legislation that was passed this year during a town hall meeting on Monday night.

Gwinnett House Delegation Chairwoman Jasmine Clark said the town hall will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center, which is located at 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville. Legislators who are expected to participate in the meeting are mostly members of the House Delegation, but state Sens. Sheikh Rahman and Tonya Anderson are expected to be in attendance as well, according to a flyer for tye event.

State House members who are expected to be at the meeting include Clark, state House Minority Whip Sam Park and Reps. Segun Adeyina, Arlene Beckles, Billy Mitchell, Ruwa Romman, Akbar Ali, Sandy Donatucci, Matt Reeves, Doreen Carter and Venola Mason…
