Lexington utility boxes become canvases for local artists

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Instead of a gallery wall or exhibit, Lexington artists are bringing a unique form of public art into neighborhoods across the city.

Anthony “Tony Wavy” Skinner is a fashion and graphic designer, a musician and a painter from northern Michigan who said he’s spent the last four years building a new home in Lexington, Kentucky, as a husband, dad and community volunteer.
