LEXINGTON, Ky. (KT) – The city of Lexington has opened the application process for the third annual Veterans Street Banner Program, which honors local veterans each November in recognition of Veterans Day.
The Commission on Veterans’ Affairs invites Lexington residents to nominate veterans with a connection to Fayette County.
