LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The city of Lexington is asking for public input on development along Winchester Road as construction and new businesses change traffic patterns.
City and county leaders launched an online survey and stakeholder meetings to gather opinions and recommendations on the corridor’s future.
