A Winchester fast-food restaurant has reopened after being closed for more than a year.
Rally’s, known for its double drive-thru lanes and menu of burgers, hot dogs, french fires and shakes, is open again at 1478 W. Lexington Ave., near the intersection of Bypass Road and Interstate 64.
According to a press release, the franchised location was closed “due to building repairs and operational transitions.”…
