A new-to-Lexington breakfast and brunch chain inspired by Mexican cuisine is coming to Lexington.
Con Huevos is planning to open its first location outside Louisville this fall in the Hamburg area on Pleasant Ridge Road, according to an announcement. A specific address has not yet been released.
