Case of woman charged in Richmond armed robbery sent to grand jury

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) – A Richmond woman charged in an armed robbery that left several people with serious injuries had her case sent to the grand jury on Wednesday.

Ariana Meriwether, 25, is charged with the following:

  1. Attempted murder
  2. Attempted robbery (first degree)
  3. Burglary (first-degree)
  4. Assault (second-degree)
  5. Kidnapping (with serious physical injury)

Meriwether turned herself in earlier this month.

Her alleged partner in the robbery, 32-year-old Tyler Mack, is still wanted by police.
